It all starts with a tech scout. Brian will arrive with a laser measure and record the dimensions of the location when blueprints aren’t available. Once all the filming options are noted, a 3D model of the location is created, complete with virtual cameras and lights.
Storyboards are rendered for everyone involved and lighting diagrams are sent to the crew before filming begins. Of course if we need to wing it, Brian can do that too!
